--- ## Description The Neuropathology Fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, is a two-year, ACGME-accredited program designed to train future leaders in neuropathology. The fellowship offers comprehensive exposure to diagnostic neuropathology, including surgical and autopsy cases, and emphasizes clinicopathological correlation. Fellows receive hands-on training in light and electron microscopy, immunohistochemistry, and advanced molecular testing. The curriculum includes dedicated rotations in neuromuscular and peripheral nerve pathology, as well as experience with ophthalmic specimens. Research opportunities are extensive, spanning adult and pediatric nervous system neoplasia, neurodegenerative diseases, demyelinating diseases, and neuromuscular and peripheral nerve disorders. Fellows work closely with experts in neurology, neuro-oncology, neurosurgery, and neuroradiology, and benefit from access to one of the world’s largest clinical laboratories.
