Description
The Mayo Clinic Neuropathology Fellowship in Rochester, Minnesota, is a two-year, ACGME-accredited program designed to provide advanced, hands-on training in all aspects of diagnostic neuropathology. The program emphasizes development of clinical and research skills through exposure to a high volume and diversity of neuropathology specimens, including surgical, autopsy, neuromuscular, and ophthalmic cases. Fellows participate in multidisciplinary collaborations, didactic sessions, and research projects in areas such as neuro-oncology, neurodegenerative diseases, demyelinating disorders, and molecular neuropathology. Graduates are eligible for subspecialty certification by the American Board of Pathology.
