Description
Mayo Clinic’s Neuroradiology Fellowship in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona, is a one-year, ACGME-accredited program integrating clinical practice, education, and research. It trains fellows in adult and pediatric diagnostic imaging of the brain, spine, and head and neck, including CT, MRI, radiography, fluoroscopy, angiography, and PET. Training also includes imaging-guided interventions involving these regions.
The program prepares fellows for subspecialty practice or an academic career through high-volume, complex cases, supervised clinical learning, teaching opportunities, and protected research time. Fellows have access to clinical 7T MRI, photon-counting CT, advanced neuroimaging techniques, and faculty mentorship. Two fellows are accepted annually, with a stated 15:1 faculty-to-fellow ratio and thirteen four-week rotations spanning subspecialty neuroradiology domains.
