Description
This Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Action (RIA) funds projects that develop innovative artificial intelligence (AI) approaches to transform human-machine collaboration in advanced manufacturing. The focus is on AI systems that enhance workforce flexibility, knowledge capture, upskilling, and inclusion, with adaptive interfaces and real-time feedback. Proposals should address human-AI co-learning, natural interaction models, and interfaces accommodating diverse abilities and cultural backgrounds. Integrating gender perspectives, mitigating bias, and upholding ethical principles in AI design are mandatory. Collaboration with related initiatives and building on prior extended reality (XR) projects is encouraged, and proposals must include a clear business case and exploitation strategy.
