--- ## Description This Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Action (RIA) supports projects developing cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to enhance collaboration between humans and machines in advanced manufacturing environments. The call aims to foster flexible, inclusive, and sustainable workplaces by leveraging AI for knowledge sharing, upskilling, and adaptation to technological changes. Key focus areas include human-AI co-learning, interactive mentoring, natural teamwork models, and adaptive interfaces that accommodate diverse worker abilities and cultural backgrounds. Projects must address ethical and inclusion principles, integrating gender perspectives and avoiding discrimination, while promoting digital humanism and safe, effective AI deployment. Proposals should build on previous extended reality (XR) projects and collaborate with relevant European AI initiatives.
