Description
The New Artworks Grant, offered by the Maryland State Arts Council (MSAC), funds the planning, creation, and installation of new public art projects throughout Maryland. The program aims to enrich public spaces and enhance community engagement by supporting artworks that are free and accessible to the public. Grants are available for both the early planning phases (open to independent artists and organizations) and for the fabrication and installation of fully developed projects (organizations only). Artworks supported must be original, designed by Maryland artists, and have a physical presence in a location accessible to the public.
