Description
This grant supports research projects that foster new ideas and directions in communication sciences and disorders (CSD), aiming to advance clinical and scientific knowledge, tools, and techniques in the field. Both experienced and new investigators are encouraged to apply, provided their proposals represent innovative work not currently funded elsewhere. Special funding opportunities exist for projects in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and swallowing disorders. Awards are intended to seed impactful studies that may influence the discipline and improve clinical outcomes in audiology and speech-language pathology.
