Description
The New Construction Program, part of New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program (NJCEP), is designed to encourage and support the design and development of energy-efficient new construction buildings across the state. The program targets both residential and commercial sectors, including single-family homes, multifamily dwellings, townhomes, commercial, and industrial buildings. By offering a range of incentives and technical support, the program aims to advance high-performance building standards and integrate advanced energy-saving measures from the outset of new construction projects. The overarching goal is to promote sustainable development, reduce energy consumption, and help New Jersey meet its environmental and economic objectives.
