Description
The N.E.W. Fund (Neighborhoods Energized to Win) is a competitive grant program established by the Coastal Community Foundation of South Carolina. Since 1991, it has aimed to foster self-sustaining community development, leadership, and pride in low and moderate-income neighborhoods within Charleston and Colleton Counties. The program provides not only funding but also leadership development and technical assistance to help build strong families, safe and supportive neighborhoods, residential pride, and active community participation. Priority is given to organizations that empower residents to shape their communities and demonstrate a commitment to these outcomes.
