This six-month cohort experience combines immersive, real-world case studies, small-group facilitation, and both virtual and in-person engagement. Fellows develop advanced decision-making skills, learn to lead across differences, and receive individualized coaching and mentorship from experienced leaders. The program is designed to empower participants to drive value-driven, asset-based change within their institutions and offers specialized tracks for health sciences and STEM faculty at Hispanic Serving Institutions. Participants benefit from a robust national network of peers, culminating in an in-person summer institute.
