    Description

    The AAC&U New Leadership Academy Fellows Program is a flagship, cohort-based leadership development initiative tailored to mid- to senior-level professionals in higher education and related sectors. The program combines immersive, real-world case studies, small-group facilitation, individualized coaching, and mentorship from experienced leaders. Fellows learn to navigate complex environments, lead institutional change, and support student success, while building a national network of peers. The six-month experience includes virtual and in-person components, culminating in a summer institute. Specialized tracks are available for health sciences and STEM faculty at Hispanic Serving Institutions.
