Description
The New Orleans Recreation and Culture Fund is designed to strengthen the well-being, development, and growth of the New Orleans community by supporting nonprofit organizations engaged in youth recreation, cultural activities, and community development. Established by the New Orleans City Council and administered by the Greater New Orleans Foundation, the fund provides financial support for general operating or programmatic needs. Applicants must demonstrate strong leadership, sound fiscal management, organizational capacity, a commitment to equity, and meaningful community involvement. All funded organizations are required to report on specific key performance indicators.
