Nexa Lighthouse funds locally led, proven innovations that help health actors translate climate-related health risk signals into timely health service delivery. Co-led by Grand Challenges Canada, in partnership with the Government of Canada, and AVPN, it brings together Nexa and The Lighthouse Fund with Bayer Foundation, India Health Fund, Novo Nordisk Foundation, Sanofi Foundation, and Temasek Foundation.
This call supports Transition to Scale innovations: tested approaches ready for wider implementation across Asia and the Pacific. Projects must address climate-informed early warning and monitoring systems or climate-responsive patient care delivery. Climate risks must shape the innovation’s core design, functioning, and deployment, whether fundamentally adapting an existing health solution or creating a solution specifically for climate-driven health problems.
