The NextGen Ag Leadership Grant Program is designed to fund organizations and educational institutions that support leadership development for Colorado’s emerging food and agriculture leaders. The program seeks to build capacity and foster leadership across the state’s diverse food and agriculture system—not just among farmers and ranchers, but throughout the sector. Projects may include established leadership programs, staff or community leadership initiatives, and conference programming. Strong proposals will demonstrate measurable leadership skill development and report on outcomes.
