Description
Grant Round 37 is New Hampshire’s round of the federally funded Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) State and Local Assistance Program. The National Park Service administers the program nationally; the N.H. Department of Natural & Cultural Resources (DNCR), Division of Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Community Recreation manages it in New Hampshire.
The round supports adding land to existing public outdoor recreation areas, creating or renovating facilities within those areas, or combining acquisition and facility work. Its purpose is to establish and maintain public outdoor recreation resources and encourage investment in their stewardship. New Hampshire’s 2024–2028 Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (SCORP) guides the state’s outdoor recreation investments.
