Description
The National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI) intends to renew the Analysis, Visualization, and Informatics Lab-space (AnVIL) program through a limited competition. AnVIL is a secure, cloud-based platform that provides researchers with access to, and tools for, sharing and analyzing large-scale genomic datasets. The platform currently hosts over 5 petabytes of data from nearly 300,000 participants, supporting reproducible, cloud-native genomic research.
The renewal aims to further develop AnVIL as a community resource based on FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) principles. Key priorities include:
