This scholarship, established in honor of Dr. Nicholas J. Vogelzang, supports early stage investigators in genitourinary (GU) oncology by funding travel to two SWOG Cancer Research Network group meetings annually (spring and fall). Each recipient (“Vogelzang Scholar”) is paired with a senior mentor for guidance during meetings and throughout their early career. The program is designed to promote professional development, networking, and sustained engagement with SWOG’s GU research community.
