This opportunity provides emergency competitive revision (supplemental) funding to existing NIH awards to address urgent needs arising from presidentially declared disasters, public health emergencies declared by the Secretary of HHS, or other local, regional, or national disasters. Applications must respond to a specific Emergency Notice of Special Interest (NOSI) published by an NIH Institute or Center (IC). Both clinical trial and non-clinical trial projects are eligible, depending on the parent award and the scope of the emergency.
