The Nike Community Impact Fund (NCIF) invests in local nonprofit organizations and schools that make play and sport possible for all youth. Run by Nike, Inc., the fund supports organizations driving positive, lasting change in communities across North America and Europe where Nike employees live and work. Its neighborhood-focused approach directs support toward local youth needs and opportunities to improve access to play.
NCIF uses an employee-led grant selection model. Volunteer committees of local Nike teammates from offices, logistics centers, and Air Manufacturing and Innovation sites receive training to review applications. They bring their neighborhood knowledge to the process and recommend organizations for funding, helping Nike identify work that can make a meaningful community impact.
