Description
The New Jersey Department of Health funds the Statewide Family Centered Care Network through Ryan White Part D. The program supports comprehensive, coordinated and culturally competent medical care for infants, children, youth, women and families infected or affected by HIV/AIDS in New Jersey. It also supports referrals to appropriate ancillary medical and social services.
The network is aligned with the state’s Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs programs. Its goal is to connect medical care with other services needed by the people and families it serves.
