Description
The Nonprofit Security Grant Program is a competitive federal program administered in Pennsylvania by the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA). DHS/FEMA funding supports facility hardening, physical security, cybersecurity, and other security-related activities at nonprofit facilities at high risk of terrorist or other extremist attacks. Projects must address threats and vulnerabilities identified in a site-specific assessment.
