    Description

    This two-year executive leadership program, offered in partnership with the University of Connecticut, is designed to support middle-management nonprofit staff of color in Greater New Haven. Participants engage in intensive training, hands-on leadership experiences, network building, and the development of individual growth plans. Upon completing the first year, participants receive a certificate of completion and academic credit. Additionally, sponsoring nonprofit employers receive a two-year grant to support both the organization and the participant’s professional development.
