Description
The Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP) is administered by the Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency (GEMA/HS) to support nonprofit organizations at high risk of terrorist or extremist attacks. The program funds facility hardening and other physical security enhancements, as well as planning, training, and exercises based on vulnerability assessments. The goal is to address security capability gaps, foster collaboration among nonprofits and homeland security agencies, and strengthen the protection of soft targets and crowded places.
