--- ## Description The Black Philanthropy Fund, managed by the Cleveland Foundation, is an endowed fund dedicated to advancing healthy communities and long-term prosperity for Greater Cleveland’s Black community. The fund leverages collective giving and strategic partnerships to drive systemic change, investing in organizations that create pathways to opportunity, build wealth, and enhance holistic well-being.
