Description
The Northeast Kingdom Fund, managed by the Vermont Community Foundation, is a permanent philanthropic resource supporting the people and communities of Caledonia, Essex, and Orleans counties. The fund provides annual grants to small-scale, community-led initiatives where a modest investment can have significant local impact. Priority is given to projects that are based in and directly benefit the Northeast Kingdom, especially those that emerge from local needs or ideas.
The fund is designed to address current community needs while ensuring resources remain available for future generations. A committee of local residents reviews proposals and selects recipients.
