Description
This program provides funding for capital improvements and renovations to parks and recreation facilities in northwest Portland. The fund was established to address community needs resulting from highway and bridge construction, and is managed by the Oregon Community Foundation in partnership with a technical advisory committee. The program prioritizes projects that enhance public access to recreation, leverage community resources, and foster public/private collaboration within the Northwest District Association, Northwest Industrial Business Association, and Hillside Neighborhood Association boundaries.
