The Nova Fellowship brings senior leaders, founders, innovators, and researchers in technology and science to Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. Administered by the Program on Emerging Technology, Scientific Advancement, and Global Policy, it supports policy-relevant work on emerging technologies and their implications for national security, global governance, diplomacy, and human interactions.
Fellows may pursue independent or collaborative projects, producing research publications, policy papers, primers, recommendations, workshops, or convenings. The program connects private-sector technology expertise with the policy community through collaboration with students, researchers, and faculty across Harvard. Fellows can also participate in lectures, roundtables, and other events with national and global leaders, while engaging with the Belfer Center’s alumni and policy network.
