The Emerging Registered Strength & Conditioning Coach (RSCC) Scholarship is an NSCA Foundation coaching advancement program that supports coaches entering the RSCC community. It reduces the financial barrier associated with initial certification and professional development by funding a recipient’s first year as an RSCC Coach, rather than a research project or equipment purchase.
The scholarship supports 28 newly credentialed RSCCs annually. It forms part of the Foundation’s broader effort to support inclusivity in the strength and conditioning community through diverse grant opportunities. Applicants request scholarship consideration within the RSCC application itself.
