The NSCA Foundation’s Hammer Strength High School Equipment Grant helps U.S. high schools improve training opportunities for student-athletes by equipping their strength-training facilities. The award provides equipment from Hammer Strength, part of the Life Fitness family of brands, which manufactures performance strength-training equipment designed for intense workouts.
The program sits within the Foundation’s broader support for inclusivity in the strength and conditioning community through coaching advancement and equipment grants. Schools receive one of two equipment configurations: racks and benches, or racks and benches combined with rubber plates and Olympic bars. Review focuses on the school’s training program, coaching qualifications, facilities, financial resources, existing equipment, and the athletes and teams served.
