This fellowship enables highly qualified postdoctoral and experienced researchers from Germany to undertake independent research in Taiwan, across all disciplines, in collaboration with a Taiwanese academic host who has received project funding from the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) of Taiwan. The program aims to promote scientific exchange and foster long-term international research collaboration. The Alexander von Humboldt Foundation manages pre-selection, supports fellows during their stay, and offers reintegration and alumni support upon return to Germany.
