Description
The NY-Sun Commercial / Industrial Incentive Program, administered by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), provides cash incentives to contractors for installing new grid-connected solar photovoltaic (PV) systems ranging from 750kW to 7.5MW in Upstate New York. The program is designed to stimulate the development of large-scale solar energy projects, supporting the state's clean energy goals under the Clean Energy Fund and Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative. Incentives are awarded on a rolling, first-come, first-served basis until the final deadline or until available funds are exhausted.
