Description
The NYS HOME Homebuyer Development Open Funding Round provides significant federal funding to expand affordable homeownership opportunities across New York State. Administered by the Housing Trust Fund Corporation’s Office of Community Renewal, the program funds the acquisition, rehabilitation, or new construction of single-family homes for low-income buyers. Eligible applicants—primarily not-for-profit developers and Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs)—must demonstrate capacity, experience, and local need.
