Description
The NYSCA Support for Artists program, administered by the New York State Council on the Arts, is designed to empower individual artists residing in New York State to create and develop new artistic work. Funding is available for a broad range of disciplines, including choreography, composition, film, media, folk and traditional arts, interdisciplinary projects, literature, theater, and visual arts. The grant is intended as a creative or commissioning fee to enable artists to focus on the creative process, rather than production costs.
