The primary objective is to accelerate the commercialization of university innovations and foster entrepreneurship within the NYU community. The fund targets ventures that have moved beyond basic research, ideally at the proof-of-concept or prototype stage, and are ready to develop commercial products. In addition to financial investment, selected startups gain access to mentorship and NYU’s entrepreneurial resources to help transform promising ideas into viable businesses.
