Description
The Organization of American States (OAS) Fellowships Program provides academic scholarships for Canadian citizens and permanent residents to pursue graduate-level studies (Master’s or PhD) or graduate research at universities in OAS Member States, excluding Canada. The program is open to all disciplines except medical sciences and language learning. Scholarships are awarded for one academic year and may be renewed once for a total of two years, supporting tuition, airfare, and other eligible expenses.
