Description
The Skin of Color Society Observership Grant provides financial support to dermatology residents, 2nd–4th year medical students, and junior faculty for short-term (1–4 week) mentorship rotations with an approved SOCS mentor, focusing on dermatology in skin of color. The grant is designed to foster career development, skill-building, and knowledge transfer through direct mentorship, and covers travel, lodging, and related expenses. The program aims to develop the next generation of leaders in dermatology with expertise in skin of color.
