    Description

This grant opportunity, offered by the CDC's National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), funds Training Project Grants (TPGs) designed to advance occupational safety and health (OSH) workforce development. The majority of TPGs support academic institutions providing undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate training in OSH and related disciplines. NIOSH also supports select non-academic TPGs that deliver specialized training to targeted audiences, aiming to build or strengthen the nation's OSH workforce capacity. The program addresses the evolving needs of the OSH field, including new risks, technological advances, and workforce demographic changes.
