Description
The Off-System Bridge Program, administered by the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT), is a federally funded initiative aimed at replacing or rehabilitating bridges in poor condition that are located on roads not part of the federal-aid system. The program leverages Surface Transportation Block Grant and Bridge Formula Program funds to improve critical local infrastructure.
