Description
This program provides reimbursement funding to state and local law enforcement agencies and prosecutors in Ohio for expenses related to sexual assault kit (SAK) testing, results, and associated investigative activities. The initiative covers cases involving suspected drug-facilitated sexual assaults and suspect kits. Funding may also be used for capacity-building activities such as training and other eligible costs, enhancing the thoroughness and effectiveness of sexual assault investigations across the state.
