The On-site Energy Manager Program (PON 3701) is designed to help commercial, industrial, and multifamily facilities or campuses in New York State improve profitability and efficiency by supporting the placement of a dedicated on-site energy manager. The program aims to demonstrate the value of this role in driving energy, process, and operational improvements. Participants must not currently have a full-time or part-time on-site energy manager and should be committed to maintaining the energy manager position beyond the program period. Sharing of results and lessons learned is expected to help advance energy management practices across the state.
