This program provides financial support to commercial, industrial, and multifamily facilities in New York State to hire or contract a dedicated On-site Energy Manager (OsEM). The goal is to drive energy, process, and operational improvements, demonstrating the value of a permanent energy management role. Facilities must not already have a dedicated energy manager and must commit to sustaining the role after program completion. Participants are expected to share outcomes and best practices to help promote wider adoption of energy management roles across the sector.
