Description
This program provides cost-shared funding for New York State commercial, industrial, and multifamily facilities to hire or contract a dedicated on-site energy manager (OsEM). The goal is to demonstrate and document how an OsEM can drive improvements in energy usage, operational processes, and overall profitability. Participants are expected to share outcomes and lessons learned to foster wider adoption of energy management roles across these sectors. Funding is available for both new permanent hires and contracted consultants, including those from NYSERDA’s FlexTech Consultant list or independent service providers.
