    Description

This grant supports collaborative projects aimed at driving the widespread adoption and integration of high-TRL (Technology Readiness Level) disaster risk solutions (DRS) across multiple sectors in Europe. The initiative seeks to overcome technical, regulatory, financial, and social barriers to the deployment of advanced disaster risk management technologies, ensuring they are accessible and usable for stakeholders such as first responders, local authorities, and vulnerable communities. Projects should foster public-private cooperation, develop strategies for scaling and commercializing innovative DRS technologies, and demonstrate their effectiveness through large-scale pilots.

Proposals are encouraged to use digital tools, AI-driven analytics, digital twins, IoT, and other emerging technologies to enhance disaster preparedness, response, and recovery. The call emphasizes alignment with EU disaster resilience objectives, policy synergies, and increasing the visibility of research outcomes to the broader public.
