The Daniel Foundation of Alabama's Operating Grants provide support to qualifying nonprofit organizations located in specific Alabama counties. These grants are designed to strengthen organizations delivering impactful programming in areas such as early childhood education, K-12 academic improvement, adult life skills, year-round arts programming, youth mentoring, basic needs (food, shelter, etc.), health care for low-income and uninsured individuals, mental health services, and veterans’ programs. The grants are intended to enhance the operational capacity of organizations making a positive difference within these focus areas.
