Description
The Opioid Abatement Community Grants Program supports longer-term, high-impact initiatives addressing the opioid crisis across New Hampshire. Funded through the state’s opioid settlement resources, multiyear project grants support prevention, treatment, recovery, harm reduction, and community capacity building. Priorities include addressing the root causes of opioid use disorder, expanding evidence-informed services, reducing stigma, and promoting collaboration and innovation.
The New Hampshire Charitable Foundation manages applications, review, scoring, and award recommendations in partnership with Granite United Way, which oversees grant agreements, payments, and compliance.
