Opportunities to Lead is Campus Compact’s invitation for the people and institutions in its coalition to help support, shape, and lead its collective agenda. Campus Compact is a national coalition of colleges and universities advancing the public purposes of higher education. This initiative centers coalition members’ voices, priorities, and expertise, offering ways to contribute to the national higher education civic and community engagement field.
Leadership opportunities range from hosting conversations about emerging topics to facilitating professional learning, co-sponsoring events, and helping design Campus Compact initiatives. Participants can also coordinate colleagues and institutions serving the same local communities or propose partnerships that bring campus and local innovations to a national audience.
