Description
The Oregon Barber and Hairdresser (B&H) Grant Program, administered by the Office of Student Access and Completion (OSAC), provides one-time financial assistance to low-income students attending participating Oregon barber and beauty schools. It supports financial aid eligible training in barbering, hair design, cosmetology, and manicure, rather than research or project work.
