Oregon-based organizations and jurisdictions can submit requests covering any part of the disaster cycle: resilience, response, or recovery. The network also accepts status updates and non-financial requests. Its work includes tracking real-time disaster funding needs, coordinating resources, helping disaster-impacted communities navigate resources, and supporting topic-based learning.
