Description
The Oregon Student Child Care Grant helps parents enrolled in postsecondary education obtain safe, dependable care for their children while they complete their academic programs. Administered by the Office of Student Access and Completion (OSAC), the grant supports children’s development and helps student parents continue toward a certificate, associate degree, or first bachelor’s degree.
Funding is limited and awards are competitive. OSAC prioritizes eligible continuing recipients. New applicants are considered based on credits earned toward a credential, financial need, eligible child care provider use, and enrollment level.
