The Oregon Tribal Student Grant is administered by the Office of Student Access and Completion (OSAC), an office of Oregon’s Higher Education Coordinating Commission. It helps enrolled members of Oregon’s federally recognized tribes attend eligible colleges and universities in the state. New and continuing students apply for each academic year.
The grant is intended to offset the average cost of attendance after federal and state grants and scholarships are applied. Undergraduate and master’s degree students receive priority. If funds remain, students in professional or doctoral programs and graduate certificate programs may receive full or partial awards.
