Description
The RRF Foundation for Aging offers Organizational Capacity Building (OCB) Grants to support Illinois-based nonprofits in making significant improvements to their management, governance, and operational systems, ultimately enhancing services for adults aged 60 and older. The program includes two grant types:
- Standard OCB Grants: For long-term organizational improvements, such as board development, strategy planning, evaluation, fundraising, IT upgrades, and more.
- OCB Flexible Fund Grants: For immediate, short-term capacity needs, including readiness assessments or targeted technical assistance.
Funded activities must directly strengthen the organization's ability to serve older people in Illinois. Projects may include consulting, staff training, technology upgrades, evaluation frameworks, and strategic planning.
