RRF Foundation for Aging’s Organizational Capacity Building (OCB) Grants are designed to help Illinois-based nonprofits that serve adults aged 60 and older make fundamental, long-term improvements to their management systems, governance, and organizational infrastructure. Funding supports a broad range of capacity-building activities, including board development, communications and marketing, evaluation, fundraising, human resources, IT improvements, internal operations, organizational strategy, and program planning.
