The Organizational Capacity Building (OCB) Grants program, offered by the RRF Foundation for Aging, provides targeted funding to Illinois nonprofit organizations serving adults aged 60 and older. The program aims to help these organizations improve their management systems, governance, and overall organizational effectiveness. Funding is available for a wide range of capacity-building activities—including board development, strategic planning, evaluation, IT improvements, fundraising, communications, and more.
