Organizational Development (OD) Grants from the Community Foundation for Monterey County (CFMC) are designed to help local nonprofits address unique, non-recurring management or leadership challenges. The program aims to increase organizational effectiveness, resilience, and sustainability through focused, strategic projects such as leadership transitions, strategic planning, infrastructure upgrades, and capacity building initiatives. Eligible projects may involve consultant support, staff and board training, or systems development, provided they demonstrate a clear vision for growth, measurable outcomes, and realistic implementation plans.
