Description
The Vermont Housing and Conservation Board (VHCB) provides annual Organizational Development Grants to nonprofit organizations for some of the costs associated with developing affordable housing and conservation projects. The grants support both regional groups actively developing VHCB projects and new organizations beginning that work.
VHCB seeks work that provides a long-term benefit to Vermonters. Applicants must show how deed restrictions or other mechanisms will ensure a lasting effect. The grants support the organizational development work behind projects that advance the Board’s housing and conservation priorities.
