The Orthopaedic Research Society (ORS), with support from Cerapedics, offers Spine Section Travel Awards to help trainees participate in the ORS 2027 Annual Meeting in San Francisco, February 19–23, 2027. The awards support meeting travel rather than the research itself, helping trainees present their work in poster or podium sessions, engage with the spine research community, and develop professionally.
The program gives particular attention to trainees for whom travel funding is a barrier to attendance. Selection considers both the scientific quality of the submitted abstract and the applicant’s need for travel support. An ORS Spine Section Travel Award subcommittee reviews eligible applications and selects eight recipients.
