Description
This program enables non-entitlement Indiana cities, counties, and incorporated towns to launch local home repair initiatives targeting owner-occupied residences of low- and moderate-income households. Eligible activities include roof replacement, heating and cooling system upgrades, water heater replacement, select lighting and electrical improvements, and accessibility modifications (including new interior accessibility options) up to the home’s threshold. The program aims to improve housing safety, comfort, and mobility, supporting aging in place and community resilience.
